By downloading or using bambuu, you agree to these terms. Please read them.

The app

bambuu is an AI-powered virtual pet companion for iPhone. The app is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to add paid features or subscriptions in the future.

Your account

You may use bambuu with Sign in with Apple or in Guest Mode. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Guest Mode data is stored only on your device — if you delete the app, your pet data in guest mode cannot be recovered.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use bambuu for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the AI models
• Attempt to manipulate the AI in ways intended to cause harm
• Use automated tools to interact with the app

AI-generated content

bambuu uses AI to generate responses from your pet. These responses are for entertainment and companionship purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind — medical, legal, financial, or otherwise.

AI can make mistakes. Please use your own judgment.

Intellectual property

The bambuu name, logo, panda character, and app design are our property. You may not use them without permission.

Availability

We aim to keep bambuu running reliably, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

Disclaimer of warranties

bambuu is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use of bambuu after changes means you accept the updated terms.
